Recently, Wenzhou Anhua Industrial Co., Ltd., together with its brand "EKF Yingfu," signed a strategic procurement agreement for indoor door hardware with China Communications Construction Real Estate Co., Ltd. for 2023-2024.

 

China Communications Construction Real Estate Co., Ltd. is one of the top 500 real estate companies in China and one of the two real estate listed platforms controlled by China Communications Construction Real Estate Group (the other being Greentown China Holdings Co., Ltd.). It is one of the main platforms for China Communications Construction Group to implement its "Five Merchants China Communications" strategy, specifically the "characteristic real estate developer." It is also the primary undertaker of the "China Communications" brand in the real estate business sector and owns more than 50 wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries.
